I met and started training with Sherrie 8 years ago. On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable trainer, Sherrie is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. She always pushes me further towards my goals yet never forces me past my comfort level. I am always impressed that she can pivot if I mention that something is bothering me on my body that day. (She continues to address her initial goal of the training session, but also strengthens or rests the area that I mentioned.)
Sherrie is not only incredibly talented in her field, but she is also a very kind individual. I choose to spend my time in work and in my personal life surrounded by people that are positive and bring joy into my life.
My fitness goal is to stay healthy and fit to face whatever challenges come my way. I am so very thankful for Sherrie to be a huge part of my healthy lifestyle.
All I can say is WOW! I have had the pleasure of training with Sherrie one on one, as well as attending her kick butt boot camps. She is always so positive, professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of fitness/nutrition. Her dedication and passion for what she does shows in every training session I have with her. But Sherrie is so much more than a trainer, she truly wants you to live your best life and is a great mentor for self growth and discovery. Sherrie has helped me to be more conscious of my thoughts and actions. She will support you in your highest vision of yourself and encourage you to live life with purpose and passion. I have spent my entire life dealing with weight issues and an unhealthy lifestyle. I never belonged to a gym before and hardly exercised beyond an occasional walk. Shortly after I began working out at my local gym, Sherrie approached me and talked with me about helping me with my weight loss and fitness goals. I figured I had nothing to lose but weight, so I started working out twice a week with Sherrie. Eight months and almost 80 pounds of weight loss later, I am amazed as I look back at everything I went through to get where I am today.
In July, the gym was hosting a weight loss challenge. It was a 90 day contest. To be honest, I did not give much thought to entering the challenge. I am not big on competing with other people for things, and I was already receiving rewards from all my hard work in the gym. Each time I suffered through planks, crunches, standing on the Bosu with one leg and a dumbbell over my head I saw changes. I gained better balance and core strength. I consistently lost between 10-12 pounds every month. I was more focused on becoming healthier and stronger than I was on winning a contest, but I entered it anyway.
I feel that my biggest accomplishment during the 90 days of the challenge was that I became a runner. I started running for the first time back in May, but I really became serious about it over the summer months. I pushed myself to increase my distance and my pace. Sherrie encouraged me to consider running in a 5k race. In August, I ran my first 5k. During the month of September, I ran three 5ks and a 10k. I’ve experienced frustration, anxiety, and many doubts as a new runner, but one thing remained consistent-Sherrie was with me through all of it. She even ran in two of the races that I participated in. It was really awesome to have her cheering me on as I crossed the finish line at both of those 5ks.
I would not be where I am today with weight loss and fitness without Sherrie Carnicle. I am happy to have discovered a place where I could go to challenge myself and to run when it’s raining outside.

Sherrie Carnicle! The absolute Highest Level…first of all we met Sherrie through Larry Fitzgerald, one of the most quality individuals we have ever worked with - not to mention quite possibly the greatest football player to ever put on a pair of cleats.
We had a few months to get rocked for our wedding - and Sherrie flat out delivered - with detail, energy, and professionalism. Sherrie has the ability to map out a personal training regime that sets clear Goals, Standards, and Results. She is an excellent coach who details Form and Body Function while making the training Inspiring, Engaging and Delightfully Intense all at the same time.
Following our wedding, Lauren stayed strong and healthy throughout pregnancy executing Sherrie program with safety and caution. You truly get better with Sherrie Carnicle, not to mention look and feel fantastic. Train with Sherrie – you will be thankful that you made the decision to do so. As the great Larry Fitzgerald once stated… “There is a difference between Training…and Being Trained.”

Sherrie is a natural empath and spiritual caregiver. She relates to people on a level that is so
rare. She inspires and motivates me to be better, use my time wisely and consciously think
about what I am putting in my body! I literally will stop and think is this going to get me to my
goals? I have consistently been working out with Sherrie for 5 years and I have dropped 30 lbs
just by being consistent and consciously being aware of what I am doing to my body. She has
also coached me on my all or nothing mentality and that has helped me in all aspects of my life.
If I can only give 10 or 15 minutes to the health of my body a day, I do because I know I will feel
better after it is done. I never would have thought I could be someone that says I crave my
workouts and I miss them if I have to cancel for an unforeseen circumstance, and I am so glad I
am that person now. Thank you Sherrie…You have been the best investment I have ever made!
