Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Payment for all services is due as agreed upon during booking. We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and Stripe. For coaching packages, payment must be made upfront or as outlined in the payment plan. No refunds will be issued for completed services, and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee equivalent to the session cost. If you need to reschedule, please contact us promptly to find an alternative time.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during your coaching sessions will remain confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose any personal data unless required by law (e.g., in cases of potential harm to oneself or others).
